ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent Police not to harass the petitioner.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is running a flour mill. Based on some complaint given by the third parties, the respondent Police harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence the present petition has been filed, 3.Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions, would submit that the first respondent only conducted an inspection in the petitioner's flour mill. He would further submit that as on date, there is no complaint pending against the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, if any such complaint is filed against the petitioner to herein with regard to the above said inspection, the first respondent Police is directed not to harass him. However, in the above said inspection if any violation was found, the authorities concerned are entitled to proceed further in accordance with law.
