This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in crime No.582 of 2014 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent for conducting an impartial investigation in this case. 2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the FIR in crime No.582 of 2014 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent has been enquired and the same was closed on 23.02.2018 as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. The second respondent is directed to serve RCS to the petitioner.
