Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PITCHAI MUTHU.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20646 of 2022 dated 22.11.2022.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the NDPS Court, Madurai, on 05.01.2023.
