2. The reasons assigned in support of the petitions for modification is perused and considered in the interest of justice.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabapuram daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required, from the date of passing of this order.
