O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry without adhering to the mandatory provisions contemplated under law.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that already a case in Crime No.171 of 2019 has been registered against the petitioner for the offence under Section 420 IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is dismissed accordingly.
