ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The auction for fishery rights for the petition mentioned water body took place way back on 12.01.2022. The petitioner alleges that malpractice was committed while conducting the said auction. The petitioner admittedly did not take part in the auction. These two reasons namely, non-participation by the petitioner and long delay in mounting the challenge are good enough grounds to dismiss the writ petition. The writ petitioner is not having any locus standi. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. 06.02.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias 2/4
