This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner illegally under the guise of enquiry. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions submitted that based on a complaint given by the third respondent, the petitioner was called for enquiry and the complaint has been closed, by the second respondent Police.

3. In view of the above said submission, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner herein.
