O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 03.02.2023 under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to quash the case in P.R.C.No.156 of 2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Vinayagamani, learned counsel representing Mr.C.Muthu Saravanan, learned counsel on record for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. In that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case file and the same is extracted hereunder: "I may be permitted to withdraw the main petition Crl.O.P. (MD).No.2422 of 2023 with a liberty to file a new application challenging the S.C.No.55 of 2024 before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge No.I, Madurai"
