Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) NO.6919 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD) NO.258 of 2019, dated 02/08/2019 on the file of this Honourable Court. PRAYER IN CRL.A.(MD)No.258 of 2019 Criminal Appeal has been filed under Section 14A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016 against the order, dated 28.05.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.2604 of 2019 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Sivagangai and enlarge the appellants on bail.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6919 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.258 of 2019, dated 02.08.2019.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6919 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.258 of 2019, dated 02.08.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 and R2 has no strong objection to relax the condition. No representation for R3.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6919 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.258 of 2019, dated 02.08.2019 is relaxed in toto.
