2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 13.11.2016 onwards.

Considering the charge against the petitioner herein, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. for a period of eights weeks and thereafter as and when required. sd/- 22/12/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
