NO. 10607 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 18073 of 2016 dated 10.11.2016 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.ILLANCHEZIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and charge sheet wa filed before the concerned Court.

2.This Court finds no reason to relax the condition directing the accused/petitioner to report before the learned Magistrate concerned once in a month. Since the case has not yet been committed, to ensure the co-operation of the petitioner/accused, it is necessary to retain the earlier condition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
