ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) The petitioner, being the wife of the detenu, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the body of the detenu namely, Gubendran son of Selvam. 2.Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents that the detenu has been arrested in connection with a case in Crime No.120 of 2018 on the file of the Palamedu Police Station, Madurai for offence under Section 392 IPC and he has been remanded to custody on the order of learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti on 03.04.2018. Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
