ORDER

The present petition is filed by petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the third respondent lodged complaint with the second respondent against the petitioner and the same was registered as Current Petition No.G2/30931/326/2020 and it is pending for enquiry.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent police is directed to follow the guidelines of D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
