This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.398 of 2019 on the file of the respondent.

2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner is noway connected with the case. The petitioner is only a land broker, who can convene a meeting between the land owner and the tenant and a false case was registered against the petitioner and prayed to quash the same against him.

3.On the side of the respondent it is stated that the investigation is over and final report is also made ready and the respondent is ready to file the final report before the Court within a period of one week and prayed the petition to be dismissed. 4.It is seen that investigation is over and charge sheet is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
