This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the fourth respondent Tahsildar Taluk Office, Shenkottai, to consider the objection and grievance made by letter dated 12.01.2023 in pursuance of A1 notice dated 26.12.2022 issued by the fourth respondent.

2.On perusal of the instructions received from the fourth respondent revealed that the fourth respondent never recommended for establishment of direct procurement centre of paddy at Survey No.566/1 situated at Puliyarai Village, Shenkottai against the public objections or by any order of this Court. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
