ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A7, who was arrested on 06.09.2021 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 109 and 302 IPC, in Crime No.337 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has already been detained under Act 14/1982. This is the second bail petition. The earlier bail petition was dismissed by this Court on 28.10.2021 on the ground that the petition is not maintainable, as the petitioner, who has been detained under Act 14 of 1982, is having remedy before the Advisory Board as well as before the Division Bench, where he can raise all the points.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has taken sufficient time to substantiate his case that even during the detention, the petitioner is entitled for bail.

4. In spite of giving sufficient time for more than five hearings, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not placed any material to substantiate his case that even during the detention, the petitioner is entitled for bail. Furthermore, even without ascertaining as to whether the bail application can be maintained or not, during the detention, the present bail petition has been filed.
4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
