Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.SURESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 30.11.2015.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 23.11.2015 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).
