ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide Police Protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the respondents 3 to 6. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the private respondents are the family members of the petitioner and there existed a property dispute between them.

3. Admittedly the petitioner is not having any enforceable decree or order from the competent civil Court and as such, the granting of police protection does not arise at all.
