Sections.

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, to direct the fourth respondent to register the complaint against the culprits on the petition of the petitioner dated 16.09.2015 under the Act, 1989 Prevention of Atrocities against Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes and other I.P.C. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently it was closed on 04.11.2015 and a copy of closure report has already been served on the petitioner.

3. Even though it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that a copy of closure report has already been served on the petitioner, there is no proof for the same. Hence, this Court directed the respondent police to forward a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
