The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition as there are some errors crept in regarding the identity of the property. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
