ORDER

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 101 days in filing the criminal revision against the order passed by the Family Court, Madurai in M.C.No.167 of 2015, dated 26.07.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

It is seen from the records that this Court, while ordering notice to the respondent, has directed the petitioner to deposit 50% of the arrear amount before the Family Court, Madurai in M.C.No.167 of 2015 and posted the matter on 16.03.2023, for reporting compliance. When the matter was taken up on 16.03.2023, at request of the petitioner's counsel, the matter was adjourned to 30.03.2023 and on that day, at request of the petitioner's counsel, the matter was adjourned to 17.04.2023, i.e., today, for reporting compliance finally.

4. It is seen from the records that no compliance memo has been filed sofar. There is no representation for the petitioner. Since the petitioner has not complied with the orders of this Court, this Court has no other option, but to dismiss the delay condonation petition.

5. In the result, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. The Criminal Revision Case is rejected at the SR stage itself. 17.04.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No das To The Judge, Family Court, Madurai.
