ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 405, 498(A) and 506 of I.P.C, in Crime No.Not Known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The matter was already referred to Mediation. Because of the non-appearance of the second respondent it could not be carried on. 3.But, however, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that now, the matter is pending before the Social Welfare Department for conciliation process.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the conciliation process, the second respondent has used filthy language against the petitioner and also did not co-operate for settlement. Hence, the Social Welfare Department, Trichy, may close the enquiry and take further steps in accordance with law. 5.When the enquiry is pending, the question of anticipatory bail may not arise. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner may work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
