This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the Learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, to expedite the disposal of the case pending before the Learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, in S.C.No.361 of 2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that already trial has been commenced and totally 63 witnesses and out of which, 43 witnesses were examined and the trial is going on in a proper way.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that already 43 witnesses have been examined, no further order is required in this petition. 4.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
