PRAYER IN CRL A(MD) NO.422 OF 2019:

To set aside the conviction and sentence imposed by the Mahila Court (Fast Track Mahila Court), Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in S.C.No.228 of 2013 on 29.07.2019 and allow this Criminal Appeal.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JOTHI BASU M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8328 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.422 of 2019 dated 08.11.2019, wherein, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m., on first working day of every week until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 08.11.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
