Even though the writ petition had been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondent to revise the property tax, it is seen that the petitioner had 1/3

made a representation to the respondent on 27.11.2024. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
