Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.LAKSHMI GOPINATHAN, Advocate for M/S.POLAX LEGAL SOULUTIONS, for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 17.03.2017.
3. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
