This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the investigation in Crime No.151 of 2019 dated 12.03.2019 and file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. According to the petitioner, based on the complaint given by the petitioner a First Information Report has been registered Section 174 (3) Cr.P.C. on 12.03.2019, in Crime No.151 of 2019. Even though, the case was registered in the month of March 2019, so far investigation has not yet been completed. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police on instructions submitted that the respondent police have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

commenced their investigation and they will complete the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months, before the concerned Jurisdictional Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
