ORDER
The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner by interfering with the civil dispute between the parties.
2. One Mahendran has given a complaint before the first respondent alleging that believing words of the petitioner, he had parted with huge amount and When it was demanded, the petitioner failed to repay the same.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the said complaint is nothing but false and concocted and under the guise of enquiry, he is being harassed repeatedly by the second respondent police.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) would submit that the complaint given by the said Mahendran, S/o.Mokkaraj, after due enquiry has been closed as "Compromised".
In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
