ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb as requested in the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2022 on the life of the second respondent police.

2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents 1 and 2 on 31.01.2022 and the same is still pending.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.01.2022 after issuing notice to the third respondent and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
