ORDER

It is evident from the records that this Court, vide order, dated 14.02.2025, while suspending the sentence, directed the petitioner to deposit 50% of the compensation amount awarded by the trial Court, which came to be confirmed by the appellate Court on or before 26.03.2025. Subsequently, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, time was extended till today (ie.,01.04.2025.) 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the directions of 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3.In view of the above, suspension of sentence granted by this Court in Crl.MP(MD) No.1852 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.185 of 2025, dated 14.02.2025, is hereby cancelled. The trial Court is directed to secure the accused and proceed further in accordance with law.
