Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition No.(ii) "the petitioners shall stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation before the respondent Police", imposed in Crl.OP (MD)No.20141 of 2016 dated 20.10.2016.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M.R.SREENIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of MR.R.RAMACHANDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the Court made the following order:- The petition in Crl.MP(MD)No.12526 of 2016 is filed to extend the time for compliance of the order passed in the Crl.OP(MD) No.20141 of 2016.

2.The petition in Crl.MP(MD)No.12527 of 2016 is filed to modify the condition No.ii, imposed in the order dated 20.10.2016 in Crl.OP (MD)No.20141 of 2016.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the time is extended by two weeks for complying the conditions imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.12526 of 2016, from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Accordingly, the petition in Crl.MP(MD)No.12526 of 2016 is allowed. The petition is Crl.MP(MD)No.12527 of 2016 is dismissed.
