O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to dispose the case in C.C.No.37 of 2017 before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai as expeditiously as possible within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that A1 in this case was absconding, now, the case has been split up and the trial has commenced in respect of the petitioners herein, who are A2 and A3 and the case has been posted for trial, before the trial Court, on 17.06.2019. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
