ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this Petition seeking direction against the first Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of the second Respondent, would submit that in cases involving Spa, the Petitioner shall obtain prior 'No Objection Certificate' from the local body as per the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Rules, 2023. He would further submit that after getting the 'No Objection Certificate' from the Municipality or local body in favour of the Petitioner, the same will be forwarded by the third Respondent to the Commissioner of Municipality. He also undertakes that the Police will dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2023 within a month. 2/4

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
