Therefore, on 6.2.2015, this Court granted Interim Anticipatory bail with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the investigation. Today, the respondent police is present and they have filed a status report, in which, in paragraph No.6, it is stated as follows:- "I humbly submit that based on the above said facts, the respondent police closed the petition enquiry and intimate the same to the defacto complainant. Further there is no petition and no first Information report pending against the petitioner herein." In view of what is stated in Paragraph No.6, this petition is closed.
