Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 78/2021 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 4th respondent herein for further investigation in accordance with law by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 78 of 2021 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the fourth respondent herein https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.3010 of 2021 for further investigation based on the petitioner's representation, dated 14.02.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 stated that the second respondent had already completed the investigation in crime No.78 of 2021, filed the final report and the same has been taken cognizance in Special C.C.No.72 of 2021, on the file of the PCR Court, Thanjavur. 3.Therefore, the change of investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
