Certiorarified mandamus direction to call for the records relating to the charge Memo issued by the 3rd respondent dated 19.06.2017 in his Na.Ka.N.53277/2016/L4 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to pass orders on the representations dated 27.06.2017 of the petitioner and to furnish the copies of the documents relied on the charge memorandum and to disburse the monetary benefits for selection grade pay fixation from 01.04.2002 to 31.07.2016 and special grade pay fixation from 01.04.2012 to 31.07.2016. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.

ALAGARSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not received any amount under the head of leave enhancement, gratuity as well as staff welfare fund and consequently, 4% interest on the aforesaid amount. Mr.K.Peraman, Inspector (suit), HR&CE, Dharmapuri, who is present in Court would submit that all these amounts have been deposied into treasury.

For producing proof, post the matter on 30.06.2023. On the said date, the official shall be present before this Court.
