ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.
ALAGARSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not received any amount under the head of leave enhancement, gratuity as well as staff welfare fund and consequently, 4% interest on the aforesaid amount. Mr.K.Peraman, Inspector (suit), HR&CE, Dharmapuri, who is present in Court would submit that all these amounts have been deposied into treasury.
For producing proof, post the matter on 30.06.2023. On the said date, the official shall be present before this Court.
