ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 4, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.08.2015 and 22.08.2015 respectively, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 IPC in Crime No.140 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the deceased was doing money lending business and that the deceased had an illicit intimacy with the first petitioner's wife. Hence, the petitioner came along with the other accused with knife and attacked the deceased and also caused severed injuries.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they have not committed any offence.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has raised objection stating that the application filed by the co-accused was dismissed and that the investigation is pending and the respondent is awaiting for postmortem report.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offence coupled with the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
