The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner, petitioner's wife and the petitioner's sister-in-law in the name of settling the civil disputes on the petition of the petitioner dated 04.06.2019. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the petitioner has been called for an enquiry. Instead of attending for enquiry, he has filed this Petition before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4.The defacto complainant/third respondent, who is none other than the father of the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police for enquiry and at the time of conducting an enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the police.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
