Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner alleges that her building comprised in the petition mentioned survey number was illegally demolished and the respondents are proposing to lay a road thereon.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the Madurai City Municipal Corporation clarified that they have no claim whatsoever on T.S.No.20. It is further clarified that the road now proposed to be laid will not run through T.S.No.20.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
