This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.389 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Karungal Police Station, Kanyakumari District and transfer to the 3rd respondent for further investigation in accordance with law and lay the final report forthwith in the Court concerned.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.389 of 2013 was completed and the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.136 of 2017 before the Judicial Magistrate, Eranial.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
