Heard on both sides.

It is stated that the petitioner appeared and signed before the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai District for the past 25 days. Therefore, the petitioner could not comply the conditions in other bail orders directing him to appear and sign before various police stations.

3. In view of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to modify the 1/3

condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, (FAC), Madurai. 4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition no.2 imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, (FAC), Madurai vide order dated 07.01.2025 in Cr.M.P.No.6839 of 2024 is modified as, 'the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, (FAC), Madurai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders'.
