ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, in Crime No.24 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 06.10.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 307 and 302 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, on 24.09.2015, the accused attacked the son of the de-facto complainant with lethal weapons and caused his death.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not involved in the offence and his name is not mentioned in the F.I.R. and on apprehension of arrest, he surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Trichy and he was taken into custody on 06.10.2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the co-accused has been released on bail by this Court on 29.10.2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20747 of 2015.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that though the petitioner's name is not mentioned in the F.I.R., on investigation, it was found that the petitioner also involved in murdering the deceased and if he is released on bail, he will tamper the evidence and hamper the investigation and the investigation is pending.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
