ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.5, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.09.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 41(ii) Cr.P.C. @ 399 & 402 IPC, in Crime No.713 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 28.09.2015 at about 8.00 a.m. while the police were on patrolling, near Dindigul Mettupatti, Mottampatti Graveyard, the petitioner along with other accused were making preparations for committing decoity armed with weapons, thereby committed the offences under Section 41(ii) Cr.P.C. @ 399 & 402 IPC.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.

4.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is having five previous cases of similar in nature.
