O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to measure and demarcate the petitioner's properties in S.No.289/52 measuring the extent of 0-1.5 Ares situated at Gantharvakottai Taluk, Komapuram Village, Pudukkottai District and also direct to give adequate police protection by the 4th respondent during the survey and fencing by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocates appearing for the official respondents.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that online application has been made for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2/5
respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of both the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2025 and demarcate the land of the petitioner, after consideration of the claims of both the parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. If there are rival claims, the said issues can be agitated before the civil Court. The said exercise shall be concluded within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
