Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to Natham Survey No.1367, 1368 in Town Survey Field Register total extent of 0163 Square Meter situated at Manakavalan Street, Tenkasi District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2021 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2021 submitted to the respondents, within the time frame.

*********** This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to Survey and mark the boundaries for the property comprised in Natham S.Nos.1367, 1368 in Town Survey Field Register, measuring an extent of 0163 Square Meter, situated at Manakavalan Street, Tenkasi District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 05.03.2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner has given the aforementioned representation to the first and second respondents seeking for survey and mark the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.2708 of 2022 boundaries for the aforementioned property. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the aforementioned property is surveyed and boundaries are marked, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as other parties, who may be interested in the very same property.

4.Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent to survey the property comprised in Natham S.Nos.1367, 1368 in Town Survey Field Register, measuring an extent of 0163 Square Meter, situated at Manakavalan Street, Tenkasi District, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as any other parties, who may be interested in the very same property, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
