2.The petitioner has come to this Court with an innocuous prayer. He wants his representation dated 05.08.2023 to be considered. 2/4

3.We went through the contents of the same. It appears that the petitioner apprehends that the pathway rights of the members of the petitioner association may be affected. We called upon the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to produce the layout sketch. No such sketch is forthcoming. If the access rights of the members of the petitioner association are affected, it is always open to them to file an appropriate suit in this regard. 4.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
