ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondents to remove his name in the History Sheet No. 616 of 2002 on the file of the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2019 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2019 and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in 2023.
