This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.456 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, against the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the complaint filed by the respondent herein has been dismissed by the learned Judicial Magistrate and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
