O R D E R

This direction petition is filed to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection for the petitioner in order to maintain the Jamath administration and its property by preventing the respondents 3 and 4 at Yusuf Thoppu Muslim Jamath Pallivasal, Meenambalpuram, Madurai.

2.The petitioner seeks police protection to his life and limb through representations dated 08.06.2015. Now, 3-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
