ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry without due process of law on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 16.05.2019.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, a complaint has been registered for woman missing and the petitioner is suspected to be in contact with the missing woman over phone and hence, he was called for enquiry and the second respondent is not harassing the petitioner.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting of enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent police.
